Flames Gymnastics Booster Club
We are a 501(c)3 public non-profit organization
- Download the 2024/2024 Membership Agreement HERE.
- Open to any family that wants to join by paying the $60 dues
- Primary purpose is to fundraiser for members to help defer the costs of competition fees
- Fundraising total is divided equally among the number of girls that have been paid for
- Some families have 2 girls and they pay in with $120
- Booster Club members are REQUIRED to participate in each fundraising event to the maximum extent possible.
What are we NOT?
We are not affiliated with Flames Gymnastics Academy. The booster club operates as a completely separate entity from Flames Gymnastics Academy.

Mission Statement
Our mission is to support our gymnastics community through strategic and impactful fundraising efforts, focusing on maximizing our contributions while minimizing the reliance on traditional sales. We aim to foster a collaborative environment where every member’s participation significantly benefits our athletes and programs.
Our Fundraising Opportunities
- PIR (Phoenix International Raceway) – Booster Club Members are asked to work both the Fall and Spring races. The potential funds raised can be upwards of $15,000
- Selling Super Bowl Squares– we earn 50% of all sales! The more squares sold the more we earn
- World’s Finest Chocolate. It’s an easy sell… $1 a bar. We earn 50% profit.
- Working the Booster Table at the Meets / Making Candy Leis – Flames Gymnastics Academy hosts roughly 3-4 meets per year, giving the booster club a huge opportunity to raise money at the Booster Club Table.
- Passive fundraising: Community rewards from Fry’s and SpiritWear!
- Another opportunity that we are not good at capitalizing on is getting donations from businesses for a tax deduction. If you are skilled in knowing how to do this successfully, please let us know!
